Oat of a call amounting to £153,000 which was made on the oontributorios in tlio Anglo-Australian Bank only ,£620 has been paid The assets of the bank simply amount to .£40,400 with which to meet debts amounting to £100,000. The Judge deolined to mate an order for ft second call until information was forthcoming that thore was reasonable hope of the levy being paid. He said that if he •nade the order in the present condition of things it would only result in the waste of what little assets there were in law costs.
