THE LUMPERS' DISPUTE. TO THE EDITOR.
Sir — "Lumper," in yonr last night's issue, states that the rules of the Lumpers' Union have been accepted by all the Shipping Companies with one ezooption, the Union Steamship Company. We desire it to be nnderatood that this is not tho case, aa the following companios are acting in unison and have deoided not to agree to the rnles laid down by the Lumper's Union.
