THE RECIDIVISTES BILL.
[UOTKB'B TKLSaOAJU.] (Received May 13, 10.15 p.m.) London, 13th May. At a meeting of the London Chamber of Commerce last night, Sir William Macarfchur in the chair, a resolution was passed to establish an Australian trade section in the Chamber, and it was decided to take steps to carry out the resolution. (Received May 14, 2 a.m.) Pams, 13th May. The Recidivistas Bill in the amended form, providing for the deportation of oriminals to Cayenne, has been passed by the Chamber of Deputies.
