LATEST INTELLIGENCE.
The manifesto which was issued yesterday by the Land League was signed by Parnell, Davitt, ond others. The dooument, in exhorting tenants to refuse to pay rent, stated that those who may be evicted for bo acting will be supported by American money, and need not fear starvation.
