GREYMOUTH. 20th July.
Dennis M'Cormick was committed for trial to-day at the R.M. Court, for an assault on John O'Brien, committed nine years since at Cock-o-Bulla. Arthur Musgraye and John Roberts have been remanded till Friday, on a charge of highway robbery with violence on a Chinese named Ah Che, near Marsdon.
