GRAHAMSTOWN. 29th November.
The Thames borough authorities will take over the control of the charitable institutions on Ist January next. They will buiid an old men's refuge and home for orphans, &c. and appoint a relieving officer and a master and matron for the home. This i» in compliance with the Government wishes.
