ANOTHER WAKA MAORI LIBEL CASE.

• We understand that Messrs. J. Grindell, as editor of the Waka Maori, and George Didsbury, as printer and publisher of tho same, have received a formal communication from Mr. John Sheehan, M.H.R., demanding a full apology and ample reparation for an alleged libel upon him, 'contained in a certain letter published in the Waka Maori of September last. It rests, of course, with the Government to decide whether such apology and reparation shall be made: but, in the event of refusal to do this, we have reason to believe that the writ will lie served immediately, and the case pressed with the same determination and vigour as that just concluded, which has ended so unfavorably to the Government.
