RED CROSS SUB-CENTRE
Mrs R. T. McMillan presided over this month's meeting of tha Irwell Red Cross Sub-Centre. The monthly newsletter from North Canterbury headquarters was read and dis-
cussed. It was decided to give a Red Cross flag to the plastic surgical unit at Burwood Hospital. Members agreed to give their usual monthly donations for January, February and March. The next meeting will be held on the second Tuesday in March unless any unforeseen circumstances arise in tiie meantime. The president thanked all those who had assisted in any way with the recent Red Cross shop day at Christchurch.
