Parliament was opened on Thursday afternoon last, /There was nothing new in the Governor’s speech. Its reading occupied sixteen minutes. Mr Holland has given notice to move an amendment to the Address-in-Reply. Mr Savage gave notice to ask whe ther the Government would make provision fox pensions for orphans, while Mr Fraser wants a sc acme of general pensions introduced-
