ANOTHER PICTURESQUE ATLAS CASE.
Cheißtchuboh, This day. At the R.M. Court Bpwermau and Co., proprietors of Picturesque 'Atlas, sued Henry Munweek for a. sum of £10 10s, value of works alleged to have been ordered. Defendant said he agreed to take one part only, which was delivered and paid for (iOs). Other parts were sent him, but he refused to take delivery. Plaintiffs produced orders signed by defendant and other per- ■ sons for the whole work. The Magistrate said it was ridiculoua to suppose a number of men accustomed to business would put their nivmes to blanks. Judgment for plaintiffs for amount claimed with costs.
