At the Supreme Court criminal sittings, before Mr Justice Williams to-day, there was only one case, a ehirgo of forgery against one Andrew Karl Semb. The Grand Jury brought jn a true bill. Accused pleaded guilty, and was' sentenced to two years' imprisonment in Dunedin gaol.
