ENCROACHMENT CASE.
Blenheim, This day. The case of Blaymires v. Ewing, of Knepuru (Sounds), claims ££00 damages for the encroachment of a creek. A new trial is now on, whioh is certain to last two days. Mr W. Sinclair appears. for the plaintiff, and Messrs Gully and McNab for the defendant.
