Patrick H-cnau fined 5s with 2s costs for drunkenness, or in default 24 hours. James Nolan, charged with drunkenness, and for creating a broach of tho Peace in the Settlers' Anns Hotel, was fined os and costs or 24 hours on the first charge, and 20s and costs, or seven days gaol on tho second chargo.

It appears thi.t a Maori boy named T\ atcno invited McKenzie" s boy down to the plantations near the Pah which he said belonged to his father. William was awarded 40s, with 3s costs, solicitor 10s Gd, or ono month in default
