THE THEATRES.

PRINCE OF WALES THEATRE. The drama of "The Corsican ßrothers" was the piece presented at the Prince of Wales Theatre last evening. Mr. OBrien, as the Corsican Brothers, and Mr.Rvan as Chateaurenaud, played very faiily. Mrs. Hill sustained her character of Emilie de Leaparre in her usual careful manner. The rest of the characters were also fairly sustained. The announced aftei piece was the farce of " The Governor's Wife." To-night the drama of " The Lancashire Lass" wiTl be produced.

THEATRE ROYAL. Last evening, at this place of amusement, there waa a very good attendance downstairs, to -witness the performance of the drama of "The Gambler's Daughter; or, Hearts and Trumps." Mrs. H. Jackson, in the character of Mary Grey, played very effectively. Mr. J. Rayner (Captain Wagstaff), Mr, J. Simmonds (Joe Martin), Mr. Joyce (Mr. Gray), also admirably sustained their several parts. The after-piece was "The Cockney in Corsica, or a Thumping Legacy," in which Mr. J. Simmonds and Mr. Joyce displayed much original humour. To-night the same programme will be repeated.
