NO. 3 COMPANY A.R.V.

A meeting- of No. 3 Company took place last evening, at the Alexandra Hotel. Lieutenant McDonnell was voted to the chair, and the minutes of last meeting were duly read and confirmed. Several resolutions were proposed, put, and carried, having reference to the internal management of the company, both as to financial matters, and regularity of attendance at drill. A letter was read from Major Heaphy, tendering his resignation, and stating that he would feel obliged if they kindly proposed him as an honorary member. The resignation was accepted. Major Heaphy was elected hon. member, as was also Mr. P. Gorman, of the Alexandra Hotel.
