AUCKLAND INSTITUTE : MEDICAL SECTION.
The first meeting of the season of the medical section of the Auckland branch of the New Zealand Institute was held last night, at half-past 7 o'clock, in the Museum. There was a fair attendance of members present, but the business transacted was chiefly of ft formal character. Dr. Tassell was elected president for the next ensuing 12 months. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday evening, July 13, at tha same hour and place.
