Drunkenness. — Elizabeth Kennedy, Mary (a native), George Wallace were respectively charged with being drunk, and were each fined ss. and costs. Assaulting a Constable. — E Morhead vvas charged by Constable Dwyer, with assaulting him, and tearing his uniform. — Prisoner pleaded guilty, and through the intervention of Mr. Commissioner Naughton, the Bench took a lenient view of the case, and inflicted a fine of Is. and costs, and to pay the damage done to the constable's uniform. WiMTTL Damage to Property. — Frederick Reid charged with breaking three panes of glass in Abercrombie-street, the property of William Jeffrey, pleaded guilty. — Fined 40s. or 7 days' imprisonment. The Court then rose.
