KAUWiABBANGArNo. 14.— --Hie tearing of tins case was resumed at 10 o'clock yesterday morning. Mr. Kotierfc Graham was recalled in order to explain part of the evidence given on the previous day, having reference to his opinion, of the effect of 'ante-dating the certificates. Applicant's case was then, closed. — E. H. Hector, licensed interpreter, -was examined as to his interpreting Deed No. 14 from Whitaker and Lundon.* ' The same witness was, also cross-examined, at some length as to the several transactions in which he had acted for "Whifcaker and Luhdon. The Court then adjourned, on tlie'applicatioii of Mr. Rees,i till 10 o'clock this day, when Kauwaeranga No. 23 comes on for hearing.
