NORTH GERMAN PARLIAMENT. Berlin, September 22. Evening.
The Conservative, Free, and Conservative National parties in the North German Parliament agreed to insert the following passage in the address in reply to the speech from the Throne :—": — " We, on our pa r t, can only consider the great task completed when the entry of the Southern States iuto the Confederation takes place, acoording to article 79 of the Federal Constitution."
