Talks In Moscow LONDON, October 18. Mr. Churchill has had another meeting with Premier Stalin. The Moscow conference is primarily a council of war, the results of which will become evident in the course of future Allied operations, says British Oflicial Wireless. For this reason, little if anything is likely In be made known about the main subjects under discussion by Mr. Churchill and Premier Stalin and (heir staffs. Messrs. Churchill and laden, however, ns is evident from the frequency of their discussions with the Polish lenders', regard a Polish settlement, as one, of the chief subjects requiring a decision at Moscow. Such news as has renehed London publicly indicates (hat while sonic progress has been made toward reconcilthe viewpoints of the various Parties concerned, those questions on which agreement has not been renehed are still Of major importance.
