(Received October 18, I) p.m.) LONDON. October 18. The ‘'Daily Telegraph's”. Rome correspondent reports that Fascists arrested today included Fernnndo Soleti, former police general. Ho was an active collaborator. He escorted Hitler's troops who rescued Mussolini.
