(Received September 2S, 10 p.m.) LONDON, September 27. The French Minister of Information revealed that the French Government under one measure drawn up by the Ministry of Production to puree various firms, has decided to requisition the Renault works at Billancourt. It is also announced that the national mining group for the Bas de Calais and Nord Departments, which is France’s principal coalproducing areas, is to be established under State authority. [lt was reported earlier this week that the magnate, Charles Renault, was being arrested for active collaboration with the Axis.]
