BELGIAN NATIONAL FRONT CABINET
Mostly New Members LONDON, September 26. At. the Regent's request, M. .Pierlot tonight formed a now Government in Belgium, with himself as Prime .Minister, says tho Brussels radio. M. Spank remains Foreign Minister, M. Camille Gult Finance Minister, and M. do Kleescliauwor Minister of Colonies. The Cabinet includes 19 members, the above-men-tioned being the only ones who held office while the Government operated iu London. The new Cabinet comprises. seven Catholics', five Socialists, three Liberals, two non-party members, and two Communists. For the first time, the Communists have achieved Cabinet representation in Belgium. One member of the resistance movement receives a seat without portfolio. M. de Laveleye. the new Minister of Education, was head of Belgian National Radio in London. M. I’ierlot described the Cabinet as “a body of national concentration on a large scale.”
