YOUNGEST FRESHMAN
Talented Negro Family (Received September 27, 7 p.m.) NEW YORK. September 26. Darwi Turner, a 13-year-old negro, who reached the sixth grade nt school when lie was seven, has been enrolled at Cincinatti University. He is the youngest freshman to enter the college in its 125 years’ history.
Turner's mother, who was formerly a school teacher, holds four university degrees: his father, a Chicago chemist, is also a university graduate; and his grandfather (a biologist) and his grandmother each held two university degrees.
