Papen's Cousin.
The Red Army at Jelgava. Lithuania, captured Colonel Adolf von I’apeit. commander of the 406th Regiment, who is a cousin of Germany's former Ambassador to Turkey, reports Moscow radio. He is quoted as saying that Himmlers new appointment, caused r-neral indignation among the German Army officers.
