OVER 7,500,000 TONS

War Material For Soviet (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August 23. Official figures released by general headquarters of the Persia-Iraq Command show that more than 3,750,000 tons of war material have been delivered to the Russians through this command. _ From the initial deliveries of 25.500 tons, from September to December, 1911, the tonnage had risen to approximately 1,750,000 in the first half of this year.
