(Received August 24, 11 p.m.) LONDON, August 24. Carrier-based Barracudas of the Fleet Air Arm again swooped on the battleship Tirpitz in Alton Fiord, Norway, at dawn yesterday. The Tirpitz had previously been damaged by midget submarines and a Barracuda attack and after repairs had been on short trial cruises at reduced speed.
