DOMINION PREMIERS’ CONFERENCE
LONDON, 'September 22. Mr. Churchill announced in the House of Commons that endeavours are being made to arrange a conference of the Dominion Prime Ministers iu London. There were, he said, great difficulties in the way, but he hoped it might be arranged for early in the new year. Mr. Churchill referred to Mr. Curtin’s suggestion for an Empire Cabinet, and said that that would be one of the big subjects to be discussed.
