Wellington Convalescent Home
At the monthly meeting of the trustees of the Wellington Convalescent Home a letter was read from her Excellency, Lady Newall, in which she graciously consented to become patron of the home. A letter was also read from Mrs. Seymour in which she stated her intention of making a gift of £lOO to the home in memory of her late husband, Dr. George Gore Gillon, who was one of the prime movers in starting the home.
