Important Concessions Admitted (Received March 4, 9 p.m.) VICHY, March 3. __ Official circles admitted that important’territorial concessions had been made In. Indo-China as a result of Japanese demands, but said that France had not accepted all Tokio’s terms. Negotiations were continuing.
