YACHT RACING AT PETONE
Tornado Wins Koeke Cup Two races were by the Heretaunga Boating Club during the weekend, the Koeke Cup on Saturday afteinoon and the final women’s race on Sunday morning. There was a medium bieeze for both races. Results: — Koeke Cup race: Tornado, sci. (C. Stutter) 4.9.55, 1 ; Ranui, Bmm. (L. Collett) 4.11.21. 2; Zephyr, smin. (A. Bryant) 4.12.30, 3. Women’s Race: Ants Pants Lane). 11.50.55,1; Lyne (Miss Brad ey), 11.53.18, 2; Hutchwilco (Miss Nicholls), was disqualified for Ant ’® Pants on the finishing line. Results were decided on points over a series of thice races, which leaves Hutchwilco and Lyne equal with 23 points each. They aie winners of the cup. Spray (Miss Hattley l gained two fastest times and v.is awarded the fastest time pennant.
PLIMMERTON RESULTS
