DOMINION STERLING SECURITIES
Assurance Refused in Commons LONDON, February IS. Asked to give an assurance that the Government, did not intend to requisition Dominion sterling securities in a similar way to the recent acquisition of Indian stocks. Sir Kingsley Wood, speaking in the House of Commons, declared that it would not be in the national interest to give such an assurance.
