Greeks Take Many
Prisoners

The Greek night communique states: "In heavy local lighting we occupied new enemy positions and took about a hundred prisoners. Our aircraft successfully bombed aud machine-gunned battlefield targets.”
The previous Greek communique reported successful local actions in which rhe enemy was repulsed on all fronts. 'Two hundred and fifty prisoners were captured, ns well as much material. Greek bombers were very active, and Greek fighters brought down one Italian bomber. Yesterday formations of ILA. I', bombers, escorted by tighter aircraft, aimed concentrated attacks at enemy positions in the Buzi area of Tepelene. Direct hits were registered on enemy gun positions and military buildings at Buzi. while at Latiza bombs burst in ;l large enemy camp and on motor transport concentrations. Enemy troops were machine-gunned.
One of the most effective operations of Hie day was a severe attack on retreating enemy columns and motor transport on the Klisura-Berat road.
