Patriot Intervenes And Is Fined (Received February 4, 10.40 p.m.) PEORIA (Illinois), February 4. A German, William Henninger, bit his Irish .setter on the nose as punishment for failing to perform tricks at a hotel. .'u Irishman, Robert Murray, assaulted Henninger. Murray today was lined eight dollars. He said he was angered at seeing a German bite an Irish setter.
