SOUTH AFRICAN TROOP MOVEMENTS
JOHANNESBURG. February 3. Speaking in the Senate General Smuts said that the South African fighting forces would go to the shores of the Mediterranean if necessary lint that anything else would be only with the consent of Parliament.
