FURTHER REMAND

Death Of Mrs. Horton MURDER ALLEGATION A remand till February 12 was granted by Mr. J”. L. Stout, S.M., when Leonard Neiling, labourer and brushmaker, appeared in the Magistrates’ Court, Wellington, yesterday, in answer to a charge of murdering Marjory Livingston Horton on or about January 8. Application for the remand was made by Detective-Sergeant W. McLennan, no objection being raised by Neiling’s counsel, Mr. T. P. McCarthy.
