ORDER IN RUMANIA
Looting And Rioting Stopped LONDON, February 3. The German news agency, quoting an official Rumanian communique, stated that order has been maintained throughout the country during the past 24 hours. There have been no looting and no rioting, and 2257 out of 2S6S rebels arrested in Bucharest are still detained. Arrests in the provinces total 2776, and there have been more seizures ot arms.
