Graham by 3 aud 2 over 36 boles. t . . In the morning Graham went out in 37 to 38. to stand 1 up at the turn. Itoberts then turned ou brilliant golf .to do the run home in 33. Starting oft with 3’s at the tenth and the'eleventh, he had five 3's in seven holes, and went to luncheon with a lead of 3 up. Roberts took 71 for the round to Graham’s 7-1. In the afternoon, Roberts did the out journey in 37 to 39, to stand 5 up at the turn. Graham then showed his fighting spirit by winning the twenty-ninth, thirtieth, and thirty-second, to reduce his leeway to 2 down. Roberts won the thirty-third, and took the match by 3 and 2, when the thirty-fourth was halved in 4. Roberts took 37 each way in the afternoon, while Graham weut out in 39, and came back in 36.

The course was in good order, the recent raius accounting for a good sward of grass on the fairways, but the greens were on the slow side through a superabundance of grass. Roberts will now meet J. B. Parker in the final.
