Economic Concessions To Germany (Received January 21, 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, January 21. The Belgrade correspondent of “The Times” says the entry of the Germans has resulted in a GermanRussian trade agreement being negotiated under which Germany will have economic concessions in Polish Galicia to develop oil production. Germany has dispatched engineers and skilled workmen under military escort.
