FRANCE TO STAND BY TREATIES

PARIS, December 15.
Answering questions before the foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, the foreign Minister. M. Bonnet, declared that the FrancoGerman declaration did not conflict with oilier treaties to which France was committed, if necessary. France would fulfil her pledges to Russia and Poland.
