BERLIN, December 9.
The belief that the German Foreign Minister, Herr von Ribbentrop, was disappointed at his visit to Paris, from which he returned practically emptyhanded, as the signing of the No-War Pact was not his chief aim, is indicated' in tlie newspapers today.
