"Little Miss Broadway" Next Temple Film
“T ITTLE MISS BROADWAY," Shirley Temple's latest starring picture, has been completed and is scheduled for early release in New Zealand. The cast which supports Shirley is headed by George Murphy, actor-dancer; .Timmy Durante, a droll comic, who needs no introduction: Phyllis Brooks, the rapidly rising young blonde beauty; and Edna Mae Oliver, who is known to myriads as the austere old maid. Six tunes ranging from ballads to swing lend themselves to Shirley’s singing as well as the steps which she and Murphy execute together.
ROONEY is playing hi s second role with Spencer Tracy in "Boys’ Town.” He was previously cast with the star in “Captains Courageous.”
