Japanese Member’s Reference To Stalin Tokio, March 23. Mr, Suehiro Dishio, supporting the Mobilisation Bill in the Diet, urged the Prime Minister, Prince Konoye, to point the way “like Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin.” A storm of protest compelled him to withdraw his reference to Stalin and the disciplinary committee expelled him from the Diet.
