New Shoe Fashions From Paris "Dominion” Special Service —By Air Mail. London, March 5. SQUARE heels Will be fashionable for women’s shoes this season. Secrets of the new shoe fashions have just been revealed at a special display in Paris. Shorter skirts have influenced the designs to a great extent, I learn.
