Foreign Planes Over Chinese Seas Tokio, March 10. Admiral Noda has issued a warning to Japanese warships to fire at foreign planes passing over them in Chinese waters, as the Chinese Air Force consists of foreign machines, and it is extremely difficult to distinguish these from others, ars was instanced in the last-minute avoidance of firing on a Britisli air-liner on February 21. Two Japanese detachments have crossed the Yellow River into northwets Shansi and occupied two villages south of Hokow.
