Will Inquart Resign? BAN ON PROCESSIONS (Received March 12, 1.50 a.m.) Vienna, March 11. The advisory councils of the Lutheran and Presbyterian churches have issued manifestoes to their adherents to vote “Yes” in the plebiscite. Disorders occurred at Linz, when shots were tired at Nazis from the headquarters of the Fatherland Front; Nazis besieged the building, but withdrew, after a promise that the shooters would be arrested. At least 25,000 Nazis dominated Graz for six hours. They repeatedly broke the ranks of the police. The 1015 reservists have been called up to assist in keeping order on Sunday. The police have proclaimed a ban on processions. Official quarters deny that Dr. Inmiart’s resignation is involved, but admit that prolonged negotiations have not, solved his deadlock with Dr. von Schuschuigg;
