German Move Toward Austrian Border CARS COMMANDEERED “Armed Intervention Not Contemplated” By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received March 12, 1.15 a.m.) Munich, Marelrll. The Seventh Army Corps lias been mobilised. Cars, municipal buses, and private .lorries have been commandeered. No attempt is being made to conceal that they are going toward the Austrian border, but it is officially denied that armed intervention is contemplated. According to a Berlin message, a Press outcry is in lull blast. The plebiscite is described as “a brazen mockery of democracy and a monstrosity.”
