Divisions For December Handicap

In the event of the December .Handicap on the first day of the Auckland Trotting Club’s meeting having to be tun in two divisions, which appears practically certain, the total prize-money will be increased to £260, the winner of each division to receive £lOO, second horse £2O and third horse £lO. The first division will start at 11.30 a.in., and the totalisator for both divisions will close prior to the first division being run. Dividends will be paid on the win machine in the proportion of 50 per centum on the first horse in each division and on the place totalisator 25 per centum on the first and second horses in each division.
