Work has yet to stait on the fourth and final shop. When the whole of this block has been moved back to the now alignment the consummation of a scheme put in hand nine years ago will have been achieved. It is'not difficult when travelling along Jackson Street to appreciate the value of the big job. This becomes . more paramount when heavy traffic is met with on the only existing narrow stretch.
