Demons and witches brandish their pitchforks and brooms in (lie weird dance of the executive as a prelude to the dramatic apparition of the awe-inspiring demon king, Nemesis, who, with an almost imperceptible flick of his hand gracefully produces showers of money from the empty air in “The Plutocrats,” one of the plays in Victoria University College's extravaganza, “Cappicade, 1937." Many funny situations are created by the advent of a Labour Government into the land of fire and brimstone and the brilliant exposition of the present political situation ill snappy topical dialogue. Much of the fun is provided by the comedy duo. Simpson and Christensen, who convulsed audiences last year.
